PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a break in a play from an image obtained by imaging a soccer game.SOLUTION: A detector 22 detects a change between a near view captured image and a long-distance view captured image from a captured image obtained by imaging a sport game. An extractor 24 on the basis of the detected change, extracts a captured image corresponding to a timing or a break corresponding to a break in the play of the sport game.
