PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which autonomous driving vehicles have not taken any countermeasure against an illegal act such as violence or property destruction by passengers after getting on the vehicles.SOLUTION: In a step S11, a CPU 11 is configured to discriminate whether a specific behavior serving as an illegal act of a passenger from an analysis result of an image and a sound. For example, when a violent act is performed and a shout is given, the CPU 11 is configured to discriminate that a specific behavior serving as an illegal act is performed. Further, when an act to get rid of a property in a vehicle is performed and a sound of getting rid of the property is detected, the CPU 11 is configured to discriminate that the illegal act of property destruction is performed. When the specific behavior is discriminated that serves as the illegal act of the passenger, the autonomous driving vehicle is configured to change a destination to drive to the nearest police station. |
