PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of an electric oil pump which arranges an electric oil pump without a circulation pipe.SOLUTION: An electric oil pump 1 is equipped with: a pump portion 10 which has an inscribed type gear pump 14; and a motor portion 30 disposed adjacent to the pump portion 10, and having a sensor-less brush-less DC motor 31 for rotating the inscribed type gear pump 14. A transmission 70 is equipped with a transmission case 72 which stores the electric oil pump 1 inside and has an oil pan 74. Of the electric oil pump 1, at least a through-hole 62 for supplying hydraulic oil to the pump portion 10 is attached to the transmission case 72 while sinking in the hydraulic oil stored in the oil pan 74.
