PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy measurement of an elastic force of a material even in the case of the material having such characteristics as to have a component proportional to a tensile force as well as a component proportional to tension speed.SOLUTION: A plurality of test pieces made of a material of a measurement object are tested at mutually different tension speeds and tensile forces for elongation of the same length at respective tension speeds are measured to a plurality of measurement values (step S102), and a graph plotted with the plurality of measurement values to which the tensile forces measured at the tension speeds correspond is extrapolated (step S106), and a tensile force at a tension speed of 0, which is obtained by the extrapolation, is defined as an elastic component of the tensile force of the material (step S107). |
