<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip deflection movable catheter that has good operability and can greatly deflect a catheter distal end, and furthermore rarely causes damage in wire.SOLUTION: An operation part 3 has a first turning piece 40 turnably provided to a fixing part 50 fixed to the proximal end of a sheath body 2 and with the proximal end 30a of first wire 30 mounted to an outer circumferential part 40a of a first turning radius R1, and a second turning piece 41 with the proximal end 31b of second wire 31 mounted to an outer circumferential part 41a of a second turning radius R2. Guide pulleys 60 are rotatably provided at predetermined intervals of arrangement to the fixing part 50 in the operation part 3, respectively. The proximal ends 30a, 31a of the wire 30, 31 are drawn substantially in parallel in the axial direction of the sheath body 2 from the proximal end of the sheath body 2 by the guide pulleys 60, and are guided to the outer circumferential part 40a of the first turning piece 40 and the outer circumferential part 41a of the second turning piece 41, respectively.</p> |
