The present invention relates to directly grilled squid Bulgogi and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the present invention comprises: a step (100) for preparing a directly grilling apparatus and cleaning squid; a step (200) for producing a mixture by mixing cut large spring onions, crushed garlic, cut Chungyang peppers, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil, cooking oil, onions, dried peppers, and daikon in a container containing water therein; a step (300) for producing a mixture by boiling the mixture, cooling the same by adding onions and dried peppers therein, and then removing the onions and dried peppers thereafter; a step (400) for putting the squid and the mixture into another container and then mixing both by putting on the directly grilling apparatus; and a step (500) for grilling the squid for one minute. |
