<p>The present invention relates to a laser marking apparatus for a large area. More specifically, the present invention relates to a laser marking apparatus for a large area to mark a normal or large image on a target object by: placing the marking target object to be marked with a predetermined shape on a surface plate of a large flat plate; multiply partitioning off the target object; and continuously marking a desired shape on the target object using a laser with the operation of multiple height adjustment linear motors and multiple camera attached laser marker modules. The laser marking apparatus for a large area corrects the position of a laser marker head to improve the accuracy on a given position and allows the continuous work on the normal or large image in order to improve the accuracy on the joint of the image using: a height adjustment stage wherein the height adjustment linear motor is mounted; the laser marker head joined to the front end of the stage; and the camera attached laser marker module wherein a camera, a lens, and a illuminator are joined at the bottom of the laser marker head in series. In addition to this, the laser marking apparatus for a large area is capable of marking a predetermined shape on the surface of the marking target object at high accuracy and monitoring the shape marked on the surface of the marking target object in real-time through a monitor as multiple laser marker controllers receive an operation signal from a PC to control the multiple lasers, the laser marker head, and the camera and a motion controller receives an operation signal from the PC to drive the multiple height adjustment linear motors.</p> |
