The present invention relates to a method for producing baked dim sum having different tastes and shapes, and baked dim sum produced thereby. According to the present invention, the baked dim sum comprises: dim sum stuffing which has deheaded and dried southern rough shrimp, walnut, and raisin; and a dim sum skin which is formed with an open part to expose the dim sum stuffing disposed on the dim sum skin to the outside. |
