The present invention relates to a device for forming cuts for forming cuts in a check form with a constant depth to various processed food including squid. According to the present invention, a device for forming cuts (1) comprises: a frame (10) for forming an entire structure; a conveyor belt (30) installed on the frame (10) for transporting the processed food (2) placed on the top surface in a longitudinal direction; a first blade axis (30) installed on the frame (10) on the top of the conveyer belt (20) in a transverse direction, and formed with a first blade (31) for forming a plurality of first cuts (3) in parallel in a longitudinal direction on the surface of the processed food (2); a displacement device (4) including a conical roller (41) for rotating in a direction of transporting the processed food (2) to a state of pressurizing the transported by being placed on the conveyer belt (20) from the top to the bottom, installed on the fame (10) on the lower flow of the first blade axis (30), for rotating a position placed with the processed food (2) at a certain angle; and a second blade axis (50) installed on the frame (10) in a transverse direction on the top of the conveyor belt (20) of the lower flow of the displacement device (40), and formed with second blades (51) for forming a plurality of second cuts (4) in parallel in a longitudinal direction, inclined to the first cut (30), on the surface of the processed food (2). |
