A vessel mouth sealing and injection apparatus is provided. According to the present invention, the apparatus to seal a mouth and injecting a fluid into a vessel having filled therein and a predetermined quantity of fluid comprising a liquid or gas, comprises: an insert inserted via an outer end of the mouth, reversely inserted via an inner end of the mouth and disposed in the mouth; and at least one contact part extending outwards from an outer surface of the insert, and interposed between the outer surface of the insert and the inner surface of the mouth to generate a sealing force wherein the contact part is folded with a free end thereof facing the inner end as the insert positioned inside the vessel is reversely inserted from the inner end towards the outer end of the mouth. |
