The present invention relates to a parenteral composition for maintaining the efficacy of a filler for a long time, containing a collagen hydrolysate as an active ingredient. The composition, according to the present invention, can maintain the efficacy of a hyaluronic acid filler for a longer time, thereby enabling the effect thereof to be maintained irrespective of a smaller frequency of filler operations, and also reducing skin irritation. In addition, the composition has an advantage of enabling an immediate effect since an administration method is simple by parenteral administration and enables direct penetration into the skin.
