<p>A continuous method for manufacturing metal powder comprises: a step of producing liquid metal by heating metal at temperatures higher than the melting point; a step of supplying an emulsion agent and liquid metal to the inside of a container, wherein the emulsion agent emulsifies without a reaction to the liquid metal; and a step of making an emulsion agent into an emulsion solution through a Taylor flow and emulsification. The liquid metal in the emulsion solution is selectively solidified into metal powder as the emulsion solution is discharged from a container and cooled at temperatures lower than the melting point.</p> |
