The present invention relates to a method for producing a well-being stick cookie type powdered meal of mixed grains, and a well-being stick cookie type powdered meal of mixed grains produced thereby. The method of the present invention comprises: selecting powders of mixed grains having a particle size greater than or equal to 60 mesh by using air distribution; and mixing the selected powders of mixed grains with well-being grains. With the method for producing a well-being stick cookie type powdered meal of mixed grains, a powdered meal product of mixed grains having excellent overall functional characteristics can be produced, thereby specifically contributing to market base expansion of powdered meal products of mixed grains.
