<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning a large stud bolt and a nut for nuclear power generation, more specifically, which can safely clean and check a large and heavy stud bolt and a nut. To achieve this, according to the present invention, an apparatus for cleaning a large stud bolt and a nut for nuclear power generation comprises: a body frame having an upper table; and a rotary support means for supporting rotation of a bolt by means of a headstock and a footstock which are provided on the table. Provided is the apparatus for cleaning a large stud bolt and a nut for nuclear power generation, comprising: a nut carriage provided between the headstock and the footstock, disassembling a nut coupled to the bolt for a screw to be exposed, and transferring the nut to one side; a bolt cleaning means for cleaning a surface of a screw on one side of the bolt; a nut separation means supporting the nut to the rotary center coupled to the footstock, wherein a turn block coupled to the footstock is rotated in a predetermined section to separate the nut from the bolt; a nut fixing means installed within a rotation section on one side of the nut separation means, and fixating the nut; and a nut cleaning means provided on one side of the nut fixing means, and cleaning an inner side of the nut.</p> |
