A mask for forming an organic layer pattern according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first substrate for forming an organic layer pattern; a photo mask having a reflecting layer formed on the first substrate; and a donor substrate having a second substrate and an absorbing layer formed on the second substrate wherein the donor substrate is separated from the photo mask and located on an upper portion. The photo mask comprises: a reflecting unit for reflecting light incident on the photo mask; and a light concentrating unit for concentrating the light and transferring the light to the donor substrate.
