PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To localize the communication quality degradation point and cause, in response to detection of communication quality degradation.SOLUTION: In a network system having a middle server for transferring control communication between an application server and a field apparatus, the middle server includes a transfer unit for transferring periodic reciprocal control communication from the application server to the field apparatus, a communication delay measurement unit for measuring the completion time of the reciprocal communication from the transfer time by the transfer unit, and an analysis unit for analyzing the communication quality degradation by matching the degradation pattern and a set pattern when the completion time has degraded, and localizing the point and cause of communication quality degradation, based on the analytic results of communication quality degradation. |
