An objective of the present invention is to alleviate a delay arising in auto-scaling of server devices. A plurality of servers are connected which are implemented by execution of server software by a computer or another computer dependent upon the same system as the computer. Each of the connections configures a dependency relating to handoff of load. The computer receives, from one or more second servers (10a) which are dependent upon a first server (10) which is implemented with the computer, load values of one or more server groups (10a, 10b) which are dependent below the one or more second servers (10a). On the basis of the load value of the first server (10) and the load values which are received from each of the one or more second servers (10a), the computer determines whether to scale the system. |
