The present invention relates to a reverse prism complex sheet capable of resolving a Newton's ring phenomenon, and a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. The reverse prism complex sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a reflective polarizing layer; a particle dispersion layer disposed on the upper part of the reflective polarizing layer; and a prism pattern layer disposed on the lower part of the reflective polarizing layer and comprising a plurality of prism parts having protruding prism threads, wherein the reflective polarizing layer, the particle dispersion layer and the prism pattern layer can be mutually bonded.
