This information processing device has a communication unit, a storage unit, and a control unit. The communication unit is capable of communicating with a user terminal. The storage unit is capable of storing: reservation information pertaining to a lodging-facility reservation of a user in possession of the user terminal, and possibly including meal plan information indicating whether the lodging plan is one including breakfast and/or one including dinner; and review information for the lodging facility from the user. The control unit is capable of controlling the communication unit so as to receive the review information from the user terminal, and control the storage unit so as to: determine whether the lodging plan of the user is one including breakfast and/or including dinner, on the basis of the user reservation information in the user terminal from which the review information was transmitted; categorize the review information as a breakfast review when determined that the lodging plan is a plan including breakfast and not including dinner; and categorize the review information as a dinner review when determined that the lodging plan is a plan including dinner and not including breakfast. |
