PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of the deformation of an abradable holder at a time of thermal spraying for forming the abradable layer and improve assemblability.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an assembly comprises: a nozzle diaphragm; and a plurality of abradable segments (51, 52) attached to a diaphragm outer ring (3a) and circumferentially continuous to each other on a side surface (3f), in an axial direction, of the diaphragm outer ring. An abradable thermal spray layer (5a) is formed on an inner circumferential surface of each abradable segment. The abradable segments (51, 52) include a first type of segment (51) fixed to the diaphragm outer ring by screw fastening, and a second type of segment (52) adjacent to the first type of segment and fixed to the first type of segment by welding (7).
