A mirror pair (Mi) of this light guide device comprises: a first mirror (Mi1) placed on the top surface of a substrate (B), the first mirror (Mi1) having a reflection surface (S1) for reflecting an input beam reflected on the reflection surface (S1); and a second mirror (Mi2) placed on the top surface of the first mirror (Mi1), the second mirror (Mi2) being a prism having a reflection surface (S2) for reflecting the input beam reflected by the reflection surface (S1), the reflection of the reflection surface (S2) being a total reflection created within the prism.
