A power system (10) generator set utilizing at least one engine (24) capable of operating on one fuel source and another engine (25) capable of operating on a different fuel source is provided. Specifically, a power system (10) is provided for providing power to an external load (12) having a base power load and a variable power load wherein the majority of the energy base load consumed by the external load (12) is provided by an engine (24) having a first fuel source and the majority of the variable power consumed by the external load (12) is provided by an engine (25) having a second fuel source. |
