Provided is a radiological image photography device, such that a site of interest is detected by a site of interest detection unit from a radiological image which is photographed prior to tomosynthesis photography, and, on the basis of the detection result, photography conditions are determined and tomosynthesis photography is carried out. If the site of interest is not detected, a binning process is carried out, the range of incident angles of radiation is set to a small range of incident angles, and first tomosynthesis photography is carried out. Furthermore, a tomographic image generating unit of an image processing device generates a low-resolution tomographic image from photographed projection images, and an image display instruction unit causes a display device to display the tomographic image. |
