1. A temperature controlled apparatus comprising:
a housing including a first plate and a second plate provided opposite to the first plate, the second plate capable of opening and closing the housing; a first heater disposed on the first plate; a temperature sensor that detects a detected temperature in the housing; a controller including a first temperature circuit and a second temperature circuit, wherein the first and second temperature circuits are configured to control the first heater; and wherein the controller is configured to control switching from the first temperature circuit to the second temperature circuit when the housing is open, wherein the first temperature circuit is configured to operate based on a first target temperature and the detected temperature, and wherein the second temperature circuit is configured to operate based on a rapid-response on/off control.
