PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that can reduce electric loss of a converter when the maximum output of an internal combustion engine decreases.SOLUTION: A converter 21 includes switching elements 31, 32 and raises a voltage from a battery 2 with switching operations of the switching elements 31, 32 to output to a first rotary electrical machine 11 and a second rotary electrical machine 12 via an inverter part 22. A control part 80 of an ECU 10 controls the switching operations of the switching elements 31, 32 of the converter 21. The control part 80 regulates a system voltage Vsys as an output voltage that is a voltage output to the first rotary electrical machine 11 and the second rotary electrical machine 12 from the converter 21 based on the maximum output of an engine. |
