The present invention relates to an inorganic composition for manufacturing a construction board, and a method for manufacturing a construction board by using the same, and more specifically, to an inorganic composition for manufacturing a construction board, and a method for manufacturing a construction board by using the composition, capable of manufacturing a construction board which is safe against fire by being nonflammable, has excellent strength and is moisture-resistant, by mixing an inorganic binder, which is nonflammable and has excellent water resistance and adhesive strength, with a natural mineral such as vermiculite, expanded perlite or mica. The present invention relates to an inorganic composition for manufacturing a construction board, comprising: 30-40 parts by weight of an inorganic binder; 15-47 parts by weight of vermiculite; 15-47 parts by weight of perlite; and 1-4 parts by weight of a tensile strength enhancer. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a construction board, comprising: (a) a step of preparing an inorganic binder by mixing an inorganic binder in a mixer; (b) a raw material mixing step of putting vermiculite, perlite and mica into a mixer, and mixing the same for 3-5 minutes by a mixing machine; (c) a step of mixing an inorganic composition by adding the inorganic binder of step (a) to the raw material of step (b) and mixing the same for 3-5 minutes; (d) a step of transferring the inorganic composition, which is mixed in step (c), to a raw material storage container of a molding machine, and injecting the inorganic composition of the raw material storage container into a forming mold by applying air pressure of 5-10 kg/mm2; (e) a step of forming a panel through press molding for 10-20 minutes under the conditions of a pressure of 80-90 kg/cm2 and a temperature of 250-260°C in the forming mold; (f) a step of cooling the panel, which is molded in step (e), by leaving the same alone for 24 hours or more at room temperature; and (g) a step of polishing the surface of the cooled panel and cutting the same. |
