The present invention relates to a system and a method for warning a disaster based on a smart phone. The system includes: a disaster warning application embedded in a smart phone for requesting flood level estimation data according to user parking lot information to a disaster warning system server, receiving the flood level data from the disaster warning server, and warning to a user through an alarm or a push alarm when a result of the flood level estimation data is estimated to be flooded; and the disaster warning system server connected to the disaster warning application and a communications network for processing on received data when receiving user information from a disaster information application or receiving the flood level estimation data, and transmitting data according to a process result to the disaster information application. Thereby, the user can prevent a flood damage through a quick action when a danger of occurring a disaster is occurred. |
