A DC-DC boost converter for a power generation device includes the power generation device which generates a power current and a voltage between both ends thereof, an inductor which is connected between a first node and a second node and is charged with a power current, a first switch unit which includes a plurality of first transistors which are connected between the second node and a third node, a second switch unit which includes a plurality of second transistors which are connected to the second node and a ground terminal, a maximum power point tracking control unit which senses the voltage between both ends thereof and outputs a control signal to the first and second switch units to maintain an input voltage outputted from the power generation device with a preset ratio with the voltage between both ends thereof, a current sensing unit which is connected between the power generation device and the inductor and outputs a signal to control the number of the first and second transistors of the first and second switch units which are activated according to the amplitude of the power current, and a switch selecting unit which connects the first and second transistors of the first and second switch units through the signal.
