The purpose of the present invention is to provide a signal conversion apparatus having detachable type WIFI module and remote controlled boiler system comprising the room controller and the signal conversion apparatus. It includes a controller communications part which comprises a compatible port mutually communicated with a room controller which receives the control command of a user, transmits a boiler operation signal, and transmits room temperature information through a temperature sensor; a WIFI module detaching part which has debatable WIFI module which wirelessly receives the control command signal of the user by a communications device on the internet and transmits the boiler operation signal through a connection terminal; a boiler communications part which has a compatible port which mutually communicates with the boiler to operate the boiler; and an MCU which receives an operation signal from the room controller or an operation signal received from the WIFI module detaching part via the WIFI module, and transmits the operation signal to the boiler through the boiler communications part.
