The first detection electrode and the second detection electrode are disposed at the other opposite ends of the semiconductor layer, wherein a virtual connection line is provided through the first detection electrode and the second detection electrode. The at least one conductive pattern is disposed on the semiconductor layer, wherein the conductive pattern does not overlap with the virtual connection line. |
