PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro flow passage device for controlling the flow of a liquid in a passage easily.SOLUTION: A micro flow passage device 10 comprises: a first tank 11 for accommodating a liquid L; and a passage 20 connected to the first tank 11 for flowing the liquid L from the first tank 11. The passage 20 includes: a flat bottom face 21; and a salient 23 formed on the bottom face 21 for dividing the bottom face 21 into a plurality of wells 22. In the case where no external force is applied to the liquid L, the well 22 of the passage 20 functions to cause the liquid L to reside on the salient 23, and in the case where a force is applied from the outside to the liquid L, the well 22 of the passage 20 functions to cause the liquid L to flow over the well 22 .
