Provided is an absorbent product having a longitudinal direction, and a lateral direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, wherein the product has: an absorbent body placed along the longitudinal direction, for absorbing excreta; a stomach-side belt member placed along the lateral direction, the center portion of which in the lateral direction is secured to a first end of the absorbent product in the longitudinal direction while covering the first end from the non-skin side of the absorbent product; and a back-side belt member placed along the lateral direction as a separate member from the stomach-side belt member, the center portion of which in the lateral direction is secured to the other end of the absorbent product in the longitudinal direction while covering the other end from the non-skin side of the absorbent product. The length of the back-side belt member in the longitudinal direction is greater than the length of the stomach-side belt member in the longitudinal direction, elastic members that stretch and contract along the lateral direction are respectively arranged in the stomach-side belt member and the back-side belt member, and at least one section of overlap of the stomach-side belt member and the back-side belt member has a site where the elastic members are severed. |
