The present invention relates to a check valve plate for shoes, which comprises: a porous valve plate having elasticity, and laminated on the top surface of an insole of shoes which has an accommodating groove inside to close the accommodating groove; and a plurality of valves provided inside the porous valve plate to be selectively opened and closed depending on air pressure, and formed within a thickness of the porous valve plate (t). A valve is provided inside the porous valve plate which has a specific thickness (t), and a bottom part of the valve does not protrude toward a lower part of the porous valve plate. Also, it is possible to minimize thickness of the porous valve plate which includes the valve, and also possible to apply the porous valve plate to shoes having flat insoles with ease, thereby acquiring a general applicability of a product. In addition, even though the porous valve plate is transformed due to external force, a tension groove can absorb and relieve the external force transmitted to the valve in order to prevent transformation due to the external force of the valve provided on the porous valve plate, thereby having an inductive effect so that the valve can carry out a function of stably opening and closing. Moreover, by having a structure of which a valve is not exposed to a lower part of the porous valve plate, the present invention can stably prevent opening of an opening and closing part by contacting valve with the insoles due to compression of the porous valve plate even if the thickness of an inner cushion, which elastically supports the porous valve plate, is formed flat. Therefore, it is possible to apply the present invention to the flat insoles with ease and also to obtain general applicability of the product.
