<p>The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing a burger using dried pollack and, more specifically, to a method and apparatus for producing a dried pollack burger by grinding seasoned dried pollack after quick freezing the same and then heating the same with high-temperature steam along with rice, wherein the production method comprises the following steps: (1) removing uneatable parts including bones by beating the dried pollack with a beating device; (2) soaking the same for one to two hours; (3) dehydrating the water-soaked pollack; (4) squeezing the dehydrated pollack with hands after immersing the same into whey; (5) spreading seasoning; (6) freezing the seasoned dried pollack at -20 to -80°C and then grinding the same into a pellet form by using a grinding device; (7) soaking rice for four hours in water and then steaming the same for five minutes with high-temperature steam after uniformly mixing the rice and the dried pollack which is in a pellet form; and (8) baking the mixed ingredients in a pre-heated oven at 250°C for five minutes after inserting the ingredients in a specific shaped frame to produce shapes of a triangle, a square, or a heart.</p> |
