摘要 |
一种滤材表面改质方法,系包含:提供一滤材;将该滤材浸入一多巴胺缓冲溶液,于25~60℃之温度下反应10分钟至24小时,得到一第一改质材;及将该第一改质材浸入一磷酸胆硷基乙醛溶液,于25~60℃之温度下反应3~7小时,以获得一第二改质材。利用本发明之滤材表面改质方法系能提高该滤材之血液相容性,进而获得具有较低血液沾黏度之该第二改质材。; put the filter material into a dopamine buffer solution and react for 10 minutes to 24 hours under 25 to 60 Celsius degree to obtain a first modification material; and put the first modification material to a phosphorylcholinyl autylaldehyde solution and react for 3 to 7 hours under 25 to 60 Celsius degree to obtain a second modification material. Through the invention of the method for surface modification of the filter material, we could obtain the second modification material with lower tendency of blood adhesion. |
