PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure that prevents deterioration in imaging quality due to a change in output of a photosensor of a display device.SOLUTION: In a pixel layout structure, in order to suppress the change in potential of the FD, a shield wire is disposed between an FD and an imaging signal line (PR wire, TX wire, or SE wire) or between the FD and a display signal line so as to reduce the parasitic capacitance, or eliminate the parasitic capacitance, between the FD and the signal line. As the shield wire, an imaging power supply line, a display power supply line, a GND wire, or a common wire with a fixed potential such as a common potential wire is used. |
