According to an aspect of the present invention, a cyclone dust collecting apparatus comprises: a first cyclone chamber; a plurality of second cyclone chambers arranges in an inner side of the first cyclone chamber; a grill unit arranged in an inner side of the first cyclone chamber to surround the second cyclone chambers so as to filter air heading for the second cyclone chambers in the first cyclone chamber; and a floating valve arranged in an inner side of the second cyclone chambers, and elevated along a level of water collected in a cyclone case to close a flow path connecting the first cyclone chamber and the second cyclone chamber, thereby increasing dust collection efficiency and space utilization as well as preventing overflow of water.
