This anisotropic conductive film contains a binder composition containing a photocurable compound and a photocuring agent and conductive particles dispersed in the binder composition. Particles, the surfaces of which are at least partially covered by a light diffusing filler, are used as the conductive particles. The total light reflectance of this anisotropic conductive film in accordance with JIS K7375 is 25% or more. It is preferable that 15% or more of the surface of each conductive particle is covered by the light diffusing filler. It is also preferable that the ratio of the light diffusing filler which does not cover the conductive particles relative to all the light diffusing filler in the anisotropic conductive film is 4-15% by mass. |
