<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve engaging force of mutual bead wires, while securing superior rim installing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This bead wire 5 includes an engaging part 6 for engaging by mutually supplementing in a shape with the bead wire 5 adjacent in at least one direction in a plane orthogonal to the circumferential direction of a bead core 3 in a state of constituting the bead core 3 by winding one or a plurality of bead wires 5 in a ring shape. In a cross section of the bead wire 5, average hardness of an outside area R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>being an area between a 80% similar figure S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>concentric with an outer contour shape P and the outer contour shape P, is set larger than average hardness of a central area R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>surrounded by a 20% similar figure S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>concentric with the outer contour shape P of the bead wire 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
