The invention relates to sports equipment, particularly to multifunction hand and arm expander simulators, and can be used both as a training device for wrist joints and for effective execution of different training exercises aimed at special development of muscles of arms, body and legs. Technical result consists in a unique character of the design of the impact-type plyometric expander, due to which there is a possibility of applying impact movements with intense concentration, plyometric exercises, energy accumulation, gain of speed of explosive behaviour, neurostimulation of muscles; with that, use of this expander allows gaining kinetic energy, thus making individual groups of muscles undergo different contractions (eccentric, isometric, concentric contractions) for several times. Several versions of the invention are proposed. As per one of them, an expander includes a handle, a connection element and a concave head connected to a concave handle by means of a concave connection element; with that, the concave connection element is connected to the concave head with formation of a fracture, and the concave head has non-uniform thickenings throughout the surface and a narrowing in the lower part. |
