An electronic device for hot microphone on-board communication with a ground staff is provided to allow a steward/stewardess and a ground staff to perform wireless communication by giving various functionalities to one of general on-board wireless communication systems to replace a connection cable with it. An aircraft electronic communication device allows a steward/stewardess of an aircraft and a ground staff in charge of signal exchange/inspection to perform communication during aircraft operations that may affect an aircraft. The aircraft electronic communication device is integrated in a wireless communication system controlled by a CPU(Central Processing Unit) of the aircraft that determines a transport channel, power and a frequency of the communication system. The ground staff performs communication by using a mobile transceiver. The mobile transceiver is connected with a microphone and a headphone. The aircraft electronic communication device is integrated in a front command disposition panel of the aircraft on-board communication system and activated by a central selector(2) that transfers a command to the CPU, and the CPU activates transmission of the aircraft electronic communication device.
