摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide turbocharger varying in the vicinity of a turbine wheel the gas flow area of a second nozzle, and accurately fixing an exhaust flow direction from the second nozzle to a channel between blades to a suitable direction for rotation of the turbine wheel without a fixed blade. <P>SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve 25 for varying the gas flow area of the second nozzle 23 is arranged to a partitioning wall 20 near the turbine wheel 14, therefore the gas flow area of the second nozzle 23 is varied in the vicinity of the turbine wheel 14 by the valve 25. The gas flow area of the second nozzle 23 is enlarged through rotation of the flow rate control valve 25 centering around a shaft 26. The second nozzle 23 is formed between the surface 25a of the flow rate control valve 25 and the inside surface 21a of a hole 21 which are separated from each other through rotation of the flow rate control valve, and the nozzle 23 is inclined to approach the turbine wheel 14 toward an exhaust flow downstream side (arrow Y1 side) in a scroll passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
