PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a constitution excellent in cleanability of a medicine remaining in a V-shaped measure. SOLUTION: This medicine dividing and packing machine includes a sliding member 8 which is attached reciprocatably along a side plate and provided with a guide retainer portion, and a partition member 9 which includes a guide portion detachably guided to the guide receiving portion of the sliding member 8 and which reciprocates together with the sliding member 8 while keeping it parallel to an end plate.
