PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance practicality and mounting property on a vehicle. SOLUTION: Respective fluid pressure dampers D1, D2 of the suspension device are provided with a hollow piston rod 5 connected to a piston 4; and an outer cylinder 3 covering an outer periphery of a cylinder 2, and a first flow passage L1 and a second flow passage L2 are communicated with one chamber R1 through the inside of the piston rod 5 of the fluid pressure dampers D1, D2 and are communicated with the other chamber R2 through a clearance between the cylinder 2 of the fluid pressure dampers D1, D2 and the outer cylinder 3. A fist accumulator A1 is connected to a side of the outer cylinder 3 of the other fluid pressure damper D2 and is connected to the first flow passage L1 through a clearance between the cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3, and a second accumulator A2 is connected to a side of the outer cylinder 3 of one fluid pressure damper D1 and is connected to the second flow passage L2 through a clearance between the cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3.
