摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipase having high activity for degradation, transesterification and synthetic reaction of an ester, to provide an arming yeast in which the highly active lipase is expressed and immobilized in the cell surface layer and to provide a method for producing the yeast. SOLUTION: The lipase B satisfies any one or more of the following requirements: A 46th amino acid from the amino terminal is glycine; an 89th amino acid is threonine; a 97th amino acid is arginine and a 286th amino acid is isoleucine. The method for producing the highly active arming yeast comprises transferring a lipase B gene derived from Candida antarctica having a base sequence satisfying the requirements to a yeast of the genus Saccharomyces and culturing the yeast.
