摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength cement mortar which is used for concrete members of bridge railings or the sides of water channels and maintains its nitrogen oxides-cleaning function even when the surfaces of the concrete members are deteriorated, by imparting the function, one of the photocatalyst functions to the concrete matrix for the members.

SOLUTION: The photocatalyst-mixed mortar is obtained by mixing fine aggregate and a cement motar part of which is replaced with titanium dioxide powder.
