<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevents a TFT from being destroyed by peeling electrification generated when peeling a protective film from an optical film and to prevents a failure such as defect due to incorporation of foreign matter caused by electrostatic adsorption from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: When spraying a gas containing ions (ionized air) to the optical film 2, the protective film 3 or the like by using a destaticizer 40, the ionized air is sprayed to a part where the peeling electrification most frequently occurs, that is on a part where the protective film 3 is peeled from the optical film 2. Therein, the peeling part gradually moves in the prescribed direction and, therefore, the ionized air is sprayed while following the movement of the peeling part so as to retain a prescribed distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
