PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterogeneous material simulation method capable of efficiently performing simulation in a short time even if large deformation or large displacement analysis when performing uncoupled bidirectional multi-scale simulation of a heterogeneous material on a computer by using a simulation model of the heterogeneous material wherein a plurality of material phases different by material characteristics are dispersedly arranged. SOLUTION: A simulation model of a structure obtained by modeling a constituent member made of the heterogeneous material by an equivalent model of the heterogenous material is generated, and a deformation or an external force is applied to the simulation model of the structure to perform simulation, and physical quantities showing deformations of the structure per preset prescribed process stage are output, and boundary conditions are given to a heterogeneous material discrete model per prescribed process stage so that an obtained physical quantity deforming a deformation in each prescribed process stage may be an average deformation in the simulation model of the heterogeneous material in the prescribed process stage, and deformations of the heterogenous material per prescribed process stage are obtained.
