There is provided a content reproduction device for acquiring a partial content from a content by a varying acquisition method and reproducing it. The content reproduction device acquires a partial content from a content and reproduces it. The content reproduction device includes: reference generation means for generating a judgment reference which dynamically changes on the reproduction time axis of the content; and partial content acquisition means for acquiring a partial content by correlating the content to the judgment reference.
