PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively manufacturable weight receiving fitting of a panel capable of ensuring sufficient length for welding easily and improving workability. SOLUTION: This weight receiving fitting of the panel is constituted in such a way that a first cutout part is provided in parallel with a one side part of a plate member formed into a square shape adjacent to the other side part from the other side part of the plate member, a second cutout part is provided in parallel with the other side part from a terminal of the first cutout part, a third cutout part is provided in parallel with the one side part from a terminal of the second cutout part, an outward strip piece sandwiched between the one side part and the first cutout part is bent as a first rising long piece 33 on one face side of the plate member, and an inward strip piece sandwiched between the first cutout part and the third cutout part opposes to the first rising long piece 33 on one face side of the plate member and is bent as a second rising short piece 35.
